Accountable Care Solutions

Improving clarity and structure in the analytics of clinical, quality, and claims data

The current model of healthcare delivery and reimbursement is rapidly changing. Medicare and commercial payers are moving away from fee for service payment in favor of models that reward both quality and efficiency. However, healthcare providers still face serious challenges in implementing these changes. Disparate data systems, inconsistent quality measures, and lack of sophisticated insight into patient populations are just a few of these key issues.

Ten2Eleven Accountable Care Solutions specializes in developing best-in-class analytical tools and infrastructure that bring clarity and relevance to clinical, quality, and claims data. Our mission is to help providers lower the cost of providing care while maintaining or improving the quality of that care.

Ten2Eleven is committed to transforming the healthcare industry as it exists today. We combine sophisticated data analysis and development expertise with extensive industry experience to provide intelligent, scalable solutions for providers. Ten2Eleven’s healthcare consultants offer strategic collaboration and support in implementing the changes necessary to most effectively improve outcomes, and reduce the cost of care.
